Returns & Refunds

 

At Minzora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy within 7 days of receiving your items. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Returns can be requested through your orders page or by sending a WhatsApp message to our customer care number (+91-8810638122). 
  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Include all tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product.
  3. Return Pickup: We will arrange for a return pickup at your convenience and share the pickup details with you. Customers must ensure the package is ready and handed over to the courier within 3 days of return approval. If the product is not handed over, or if the returned package contains an incorrect item, is incomplete or is not in its original condition, we will contact you using your registered contact details. If we do not receive a response within 10 days of our first communication, the return request will be cancelled, the returned item (if any) may be disposed of, and no refund, exchange, or further claim will be entertained.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Shipping Fees, if applicable on the initial order, are not refundable. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of COD orders, the refunds will be processed via UPI or NEFT/IMPS. 
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exclusions:

  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
